Our inlays and e-Covers have been designed to perfectly fit all machine brands traditionally used to manufacture passport booklets, such as Kugler-Wamako or UNO.

Inlays
Paperlam® is a paper-based inlay, engineered to facilitate passport manufacturing with water-based glues and promote easy booklet binding, particularly when compared to other inlay materials.

• Paperlam SH uses a thin layer of radio-frequency shielding material, diminishing the risk of data theft when a booklet is closed. Once open, a booklet can be personalized or normally verified at a border crossing.
• Paperlam SE incorporates unique fibers that enhance an inlay's and/or e-Cover's security.

The T-Lam products are made of Teslin® material and ceFLEX™ layers, enabling them to have superior resistance to tearing and making them highly durable. T-Lam products can be offered in different configurations and structures (one or two ceFLEX layers) and can be easily integrated into all standard cover-gluing machines available on the market today.

e-Covers
Our e-Covers are manufactured in-house by gluing Paperlam or Teslin® T-Lam inlays to the cover, whether textile or paper-based.
